Rex von Reute is a gorgeous, 3-4 year-old German Shepherd. Our mid-energy hunk gets 5 stars for the way he conducts himself on leash and around other dogs, though his favorite creatures are humans. (He's a no for cats.) He will nudge your hand to ask for pets and rubs, savoring ear scratches the most.  He automatically sits when he sees a treat headed his way and is ever-so-gentle when he takes it.  In brand new environments, he can be scared at first so, on his first trip to anywhere, his owner needs to be aware.  (Westside’s great trainer can advise how to manage such a situation.)  Once Rex relaxes in the new environment, he is fine.  Big, handsome and sweet, what more could you ask for in a guy?
